Refund Policy

New Hope's refund policy is as follows:

Merchandise purchased from the church such as books, crafts, toys, etc...whether online or in person may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided that the items are in like new condition and may be subject to a 10% processing fee.

Tickets for events (i.e. concerts, professional sporting events), music cd's or any other recorded media are non-refundable once purchased.

Refunds for classes/events held at New Hope are 100% prior to the classes beginning minus costs of materials purchased for that class. No refund or credits will be issued once the session has started. Administrative fee of $5.00 will be assessed for processed refunds.
