Privacy Policy
When you register for an event or purchase merchandise here at New Hope certain information is collected to process the application and the information is only used for it's intended purpose.
We use certain contact (i.e. mailing address, phone, e-mail, cell, etc) information to reach you in the event that we need to update records, confirm registration, pre-registration, or notify you of the status of your registration or in the event that we need additional information.
We don't sell, lease, show, loan, transfer, or allow third parties to have access to your information for purpose other than the intended use of New Hope. In order to participate in recreation play events we do provide information to companies to allow them to provide insurance coverage for the players.
Information gathered on New Hope Staff or other volunteers are used to conduct a criminal background check at the beginning of the service and provided to the proper authorities (Department of Justice (DoJ). Background checks are valid to the current year and may be conducted for each subsequent year.
We may send out e-mail to the address you provided to inform you about upcoming events that we feel are important to you or your family. If you would prefer not to receive these e-mails please send an email to: churchoffice@go-newhope.com
We analyze visitor information such as browsers used, pages visited, documents downloaded, feedback, etc... to determine how to make the web site better for you to access the information you want. None of the information identifies you unless you provide it (i.e. guest book, emails, captions, etc...)
New Hope may display images of your children on our website, brochures, flyers, TV monitors, promotional items, hand-outs etc...To protect their privacy or safety, we do require that a signed photo release be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
